Hot Media LLC (“we”, “us”) operates HoleTrainer.com. We take reports about content on this site seriously and handle every complaint through the process below.
What you can report
- Content you believe is illegal or that depicts a person under 18
- Content that depicts you (or a person you legally represent) without consent
- Content that infringes your copyright or other rights
- Any other concern about material published on this site
How to file a complaint
Email vortextraining8@gmail.com with the subject line “Content Complaint” and include:
- The exact URL(s) of the content
- A description of the issue
- If you are reporting content that depicts you without consent: enough information for us to verify your identity and your appearance in the content
- Your preferred contact details for follow-up
What happens next
- Acknowledgement within 2 business days. You will receive confirmation that we received your complaint.
- Resolution within 7 business days. We review every complaint and resolve it within seven business days of receipt. Where a report alleges unlawful content or the appearance of a person without their consent, the content is disabled while the review is under way.
- Removal. If the review confirms a violation, the content is permanently removed. If a person depicted in any content on this site requests its removal, and consent cannot be established, it will be removed.
- Outcome notice. We tell you the outcome of the review and the action taken.
Disagree with the outcome?
Any complainant or depicted person may appeal a decision through our Appeal Policy. Appeals are resolved so that no disagreement about an outcome remains unaddressed.

All payments are processed by CCBill. For a charge you do not recognize, a refund, or a cancellation, contact CCBill Support (24/7) or email us at the address above.

All content on this site is produced in compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257. Records are maintained by the custodian of records, Hot Media LLC.
